So, I drove about 30 some miles today to see my neuro. It is a very cold day and snowing a little bit. I put the defrost and heat on in my car. I kept feeling myself over heat, but couldn't turn the heater down as it was already on low. I had to keep turning it off and cooling down and then turn it on again as the windows would fog up. By the time I got to my appt. I was exhausted and felt as bad as I did this past summer. All I could think of on the way home was how much I wanted to just lay down and do nothing.
I really wish the weather was just like our fall temps here. Nice 50's and 60's make me feel so much better. Ah well, I will adapt and overcome!
