I think I may have cochlear neuritis. At first I thought maybe I was just having a worsening of symptoms because I was stressed out, but I am sure it is a new episode.

About two weeks ago, half of my body went numb and I couldn't hear out of my left ear. Now the numbed part of my body is always cold. It feels freezing cold, even though when anyone else touches that side, it is always hot. I have never had an issue with being before I started getting sick, and since getting diagnosed with MS, I have not have any issues with temperature. Is this a normal occurrence in MS?

Also, I think I may have cochlear neuritis. I can hear very little out of my left ear, and some times not at all. I can't find much online about cochlear neuritis so I have no idea if this is a common problem with MS.

I would go and talk with my doctor, but I was told by his nurse that if I am having symptoms and they are not affecting how I function daily, than there is not much they can do.
