Just over the past week or so I've noticed that the bottom's of my feet feel like their burning. It's actually usually only my right foot and it's not constant, it comes and goes. Also, I get these chills at the same time but that quickly goes away.

Anyone else feel this? Is it an MS symptom? Sorry, I've only been doing this for a couple of months so all these new and unpleasant sensations are startling sometimes and I don't understand them. :(

Yes, I have this sensory change in my feet, and it has since climbed to my calfs and thighs. The best strategy is to wear whateve shoes provide you with the most comfort and the best "feel" for the ground. If the sensory changes in your feet cause you to feel less secure, a cane will provide greater stability. I have found no medicine that wil alleviate this burning feeling.

cymbalta and neurotin havbe helped me greatly

Shellos8,

I have this too, it is so bad that I take 3600-4200 per day. Along with ms contin and flexeril. Flexeril doesn't do a lot but did help spasms.

my neuro has me using Gabapentin / Lidocaine cream twice a day and it does help with the burning on my left foot.
