I've been noticing a lot of brain fog these days and it worries me. I'm looking for a job now, and I'd really like to feel confident about my mental capacities, but I've been having trouble concentrating and it takes my brain so long to do anything. I started on Tecfidera in January and I've been noticing the brain fog a lot. I wondered if it has anything to do with the medication, or if I have just declined. What helps you deal with this symptom? Thanks!

Oh, I do the brain games/exercises too. They even go better when I've been on the treadmill for a few. The doctor doesn't like my being on the treadmill though. I have to do it. I keep the emergency pull cord hinged to my waistline though so that I don't fall again with the thing running.
Right after I cut out gluten years ago, I was wishing I'd have done that while I was working. The after lunch blahs were insanely distracting. It's so nice to have the tools needed to get by so much better.
