(and BPPV...which probably means nothing to you if you haven't either read the article or had vestibular therapy) It talks about some of the therapies that help subside some of the spinning room sensations that accompany MS and related vertigo. I personally have had the vestibular therapy and I have to add that while, I'm not as good as I once was at doing the exercises....while I DID, they REALLY did help.
