As you all know I was in the path of a tornado & was hit! House was damaged & property! Large trees down, etc... No house insurance! Trying to figure out what to do about property clean up, etc...
WEll I had a dozer guy, from up the street to come down & look at all of it & to give me a price on having it all dozed up! And, he said that it would be an all day job! And, that it would cost about 800 bucks! Said that he really would like to help & would love to do it all for free! But said that he was in a bad way financially with the business since the economy went in the toilet, & that he just couldn't afford to!
He had ask me about my house--What was I going to do or have done about my roof! I told him that I didn't know yet!? That I didn't have house insurance because I could'nt afford it!
Well! He went on his way! Yesterday at the end of my very long day of medical shit two counties up, he had called me twice & left a voice mail of urgency wanting me to contact him! So while I was waiting in the waiting room of my RA I called him! I thought it was something good maybe, but wasn't sure!
Well! He said that he was best buds with the Chief--the one over the jail that was supposed to send the guys back out her upon my request & then never even returned my phone call!!! Well! Jason knew him! He told me that he was friends with the Chief there & that he had called him & had told him about me & that he wanted him to bring the crew of guys out to my place & cut up all those trees for me & to cut down some others for me & get all the stuff cut up as small as they could!
He asked me if it was alright if they came out early this morning to do it!? And, I said, OH YES! IT DEFINATELY IS!!! :) I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL!!!
So this morning about 9:30 they showed up at my place & the guy that is right under the chief was with them & he came to meet me real quick when I went outside! VERY VERY NICE GUY!!! TOOK VERY VERY GOOD CARE OF ME!!! :)
He had the guys to not only cut up those trees, but to cut down more trees! They cut down several trees that really needed cutting! And, he said that they will come back out & will take down that huge ginormous ASH tree in the back of my home with huge trees hanging over the entire top of my home & waiting to destroy my entire home! He said that he knew a guy that did that kind of speciality tree cutting & that he would contact him & get him to come out here & to take that tree down for me! Said that they will lay it down the hill behind me & then cut it up!
And, they are going to take down a bunch more trees around my home while they are at it! :)
I am sooooo happy about that & about today!!!
AND..... While he was here he called & tried to get me a new riding mower financed! Was unsucessful because the guy didn't have any or sale any at this particular CO-OP! But he knows how bad I need one & I believe that he will continue to work on it!?
AND....While they were here he had them to mow my yard with my push mower!!! This one guy grabbed it & that guy mowed like SPEEDY GONZILOUS ON SPEED!!! LOL LOL LOL I'VE NEVER EVER SEEN ANYBODY EVERY KNOCK OUT A YARD LIKE THAT/MINE WITH SUCH SPEED!!! IT LOOKS GREAT!!! THE GRASS WAS ALMOST A FOOT HIGH IN SOME PLACES BECAUSE I HAD NOT GOTTEN TO MOW!
AND.... He gave me his personal number & address & said to call him if I need anything else!? And, he said that he has a horse ranch & that I can come out there & ride his horses any time I want!!!
He took a very personal interest in my life! And, wants to help!
AND..... He asked me about my roof--what I was going to do about it & if I had anybody to fix it yet!? I told him--NO! That I did not have any insurance & that I had contacted CAC & Operation Backyard & that they had talked about it & had promised to get back with me Monday or early this week & to get paperwork to me & to set up an appt... with me but I had not heard from either of them! And, that was twice on CAC!
Well! He said that he knew the head lady over that & that he would personally call her & see about that! That he would either get her on it ASAP or that he would contact some churches that he knew that does that kind of stuff & would get them on it! He said for me NOT TO WORRY ABOUT MY ROOF BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT IT GETS TAKEN CARE OF FOR ME!!!
And, Jason came out today & talked with him too! The guy that got them to come here! And, he told him that I was cutting all of that up by hand all by myself & that he couldn't believe that & that I needed help with all that stuff! That it was too much for me to have to do alone! And, he told him that he wanted to see what the two of them could do about getting my roof fixed for me! And, then the other guy told him that he had already discussed that with me & was ON IT!!! And, Jason said, Well! Good!!! And, he smiled!
AND..... THEY ARE GOING TO GET A CHIPPER FROM THIS OTHER GUY THEY KNOW & BRING IT OUT HERE & THEN MAKE CEDAR SHAVINGS OUT OF ALL OF THE LIMBS THAT THEY CAN GET IN IT & BLOW IT IN MY DOG LOT! AND, THEN MAKE A PILE OUT THERE WITH THE REST OF IT SO THAT I CAN HAVE THE EXCESS TO USE AS NEEDED!!!
HOW FREAKING AWESOME IS ALL OF THIS SHIT TODAY!? I MEAN THIS IS JUST SOOOOO FREAKING AMAZING TO ME!!!!! NOTHING THIS GOOD HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!! NO GROUP OF PEOPLE HAVE EVER COME TOGETHER FOR ME, EVER!!!!! TO DO SOMETHING THIS BIG FOR ME! OR TO DO THIS MANY BIG THINGS FOR ME EITHER!

AND, THAT FINALLY I'M GOING TO GET SOME MUCH NEEDED THINGS & HELP!!! AND, A LOT OF IT ON A BIG SCALE!!! AND, LIKE FINALLY I'M NOT IN ALL OF THIS NIGHTMARE LIFE OF MINE ALONE ANYMORE!!!

AND, MY POOR FRIEND HAS BEEN TRYING TO HELP ME WITH EVERYTHING ALL BY HERSELF FOR 3-4 YRS NOW!!! AND, I FEEL LIKE IT WAS STARTING TO TAKE A TOLE ON HER!!!!
AND, NOW!? MAYBE FINALLY, SHE CAN GET A BIG BREAK TOO??? SHE NEEDS A BREAK TOO!!! AND NEEDS HELP TAKING CARE OF ME!!! BECAUSE, WELL!? SHE DOES!!! SHE JUST DOES! SHE DESERVES THAT AS MUCH, IF NOT MORE THAN I DO!!!
So!? Moral of the story here guys is this: Life may crap on you over & over & over again & the winds may blow & the Tornado's may come!? But if you hold on long enough & try to have faith long enough!? Sometimes the help & the relief do come!? SO TRY TO HANG IN THERE GUYS!!!??? AND, TRY TO HAVE THE FAITH!!!???
