When we are going out I do it in stages. For instance, I get dressed, then sit down & have a coffee/tea rest, then I go & put on earrings etc. I havent worried about makeup for years as my skin is so sensitive its not worth it but occasionaly I put a bit of colour on etc. I do this when I do earrings & I do it in the bathroom leaning on the basin.
It takes a lot longer to get ready but if I do it in stages then I can rest between so can go out. I also aim to be ready about 30 minutes before we are going out, again giving me time for a rest/relax before we go.
Cant help with the make up side of things but that is how I manage the fatigue & getting ready to go out.
Dont let it stop you going out.
I never blow dry my hair, but I have found I can use my hair straightener to straighten my hair and that gives me about 3 more days without having to wash or style my hair.
A friend and fellow MSer is a shoe girl. Looking at all her shoes was really upsetting her. Her hubby, one day, removed all the girly shoes while she was at work and replaced them with her new shoes and other things. She felt much better not having that constant visual reminder.
Be Well. Be Strong and rest!

It's work like everything else, but feeling sexy is up to your brain more than anything else... Yep, I used to wear high heel and go dancing though this was WITH MS... I can't do those things anymore, and it really does not appeal to me anyway... I feel sexy when I'm digging in the dirt and tending to my plants!! xoxoxo Cj (Cindyjo) Yep, even after 24 years with MS...
Ofcourse I come home and take a nap afterwards, but all the head turning and compliments make it worth it. Going to run errands I have the cutest flip flops. Most buckle so that I don't kick them off my feet. But I dress casual and comfortable for errands. Make up always and like Nahlie said go get pedicure makes you feel so good to look down at feet you can't feel and see how very pretty they are. MS can't take your beauty, just make you work harder for everyone else to notice it. Cheer up we all think you are drop dead gorgeous!
