I have greatly reduced gluten because of the MS, but am a vegetarian & depend on dairy. What should I do?

On the advice of a doctor, I gave dairy and gluten up 3 years ago. Doing so much better!

Anne - I knew u had given up gluten as I have ... but I eat dairy, cream cheese, yogurt or milk for baking.

I'm going to have to research the dairy and it's reaction to MS. I know stopping sugar intake helps. I feel that I've given up so much already.
