Was reading about astrocyte death and possibly how to prevent it and came across this article

Seems sulforaphane helps protect astrocytes from untimely death. I guess broccoi sprouts are super high in it and there are some supplements out there as well. Thinking of increasing whatever dosage I might be getting now. Anyone else taking this or heard of it? A reliable supplement to recommend? Thanks

It seems that glial death and reactive oxygen species is where it is at.
Anti-oxidants might be a much more powerful tool than anything the pharma companies are coming up with.
