Now that I know what you do (I have had some experience in that area). . . try to come up with a checks system. As in, make a list of things that need to be checked every time and then literally tick the boxes when they are completed. If possible, see if someone else can also check, using the same system, or make a point of going through it again yourself. A couple of extra minutes can save a lot of grief later. Once you have done that, tell your boss that YOU are concerned, and have come up with a system to make sure more mistakes don't slip by.
Good luck!
If you dont mind me asking, what type of job do you have? What type of mistakes are being made? Maybe they can move you to another position that might be a little slower or less stressful to get you back in the grove of things.
I noticed errors prior to being dx just chopped it up to stress. Then after I was dx I thought I could handle it all and eat a bag of chips while doing it. Then I noticed more mistakes that I put together was from the MS and its crazy shit it does. It worried me as well. They noticed to but I brought it up to them. However, when I left it was by my choice.
What ever the out come, go in with your head held high. Smile on your face, feeling confident. Listen, write down notes, where you can improve, point out areas that you think you might be struggling as well or may need help in. Just until you get the whole MS understood and accepted.
They are human, most of them have a heart. So I pray these ones do.
Keep us updated.
Good Luck!
