Yes, there are certainly angels among us. And this site has been such a great place for me because of such angels.

I have to add my vote for Lynne for "angel" status as well. It takes a major commitment to be a CL, so a big THANK YOU for taking this on.

I am glad that you took on the role because you are great. Thanks to all the others as well for their great helpful advice. We cannot do it alone, that is for sure.

Yes Lynne somtimes it really does't seem enough to just say thank you but really.. and I know I speak for all of us,

I think whoever chose Lynn to be CL must have had been using their sixth sense cause I don't think they could have chosen a better person for the job. Lynn you are the best, thank you :-)

I agree, many thanks Lynne for all the support & help you have given me & others.

Also thanks to all the others who support, offer advice & give hugs too. All make mine (& i am sure others) days so much better. It takes many to do this.

My heart is just swelling with warm emotions for this thread. It's a wonderful thing to be appreciated, and to have it acknowledged. As the community leader job, it really is an easy job since you are all wonderful, respectful folks who don't step on anyone's toes like is done so much in other groups, so you all make the job easy. I also support "Over the Fence" group and they seem to have more issues than the "MS" group, truly! It seems like the MS group is more "family" to each other, and that warms my heart. We are a terrific bunch of peoples.

I have made wonderful friends here at DS, and like you, appreciate all the support, guidance, insight, recommendations, etc. of others here. Maybe we could start by acknowledging anyone who has particularly made a difference in our lives. It I was to start, I wouldn't know who to recommend first! There are such wonderful people here. Living with this disease is so difficult, and we need a "village" to get through life with it. Keep up the good work everyone, as I'm proud to be a member of this group.

Hello. I agree I'm new here and I'm pleasantly surprise of all the love and understanding, nothing better than being able to talk to people with MS ,that been there,I'm there or will get there for expertise, advice or just a hug . Thank you all for making me laugh, cry and feel hope. Stay well.

I agree! It seems like Lynne can make me feel better about anything. There are so many people that can ease my heart and mind with their responses. It feels good to be able to come here and talk.

I agree with yu all. Lynn is truly a wonderful person. There are many terrific people on here. I have always got the support and advise I needed. I am so happy that I found this site. It is a blessing.

Yesterday I sent my local MS support group leader a link to this group telling her how supportive and active it is and well moderated which can be no easy task. I wanted my local group to learn about this group.

She wrote me back to tell me she is stepping down after 6 yrs as group leader. She needs to focus on other things. She remarked what coincidental timing it was. I haven't seen her in a while. Now we will have to find another leader but some may find support here too.

Moderating any group is a lot of work and I completely agree that Lynne does a wonderful job that is not always easy I am sure. We are lucky to have her!

Yes, I have to agree!! thanks Lynn. You have also helped me. I appreciate you. This whole group is great. It's just great to have a safe, informative and warm place to come to learn, talk about things, vent, give and receive love. Connectivity is so important with MS and in life in general to promote well being and happiness. Yay :)
