EPagain, the tablets that I have say that they can't be cut in half because they are time release and will be released into the system too quickly if cut in half. Does your husband have different tablets? Just wondering.

His don't say you can't cut them in half.

Cutting them in half, for a few weeks now, have gotten rid of tremors (teeth chattering)etc. He says he still feels like he is walking better and many mornings and nights doesn't have to use his cane.

I have been told by doc and pharmacist all extended/time release pills are not supposed to be cut in half for exactly the reason you say Neener.

This first came up on an time release morphine drug I was prescribed some years ago.

My friend in England has tried to get this script and it is not available as freely there as it is here. Does anyone have any ideas about how she could get a script from another country if that is even possible?
