Hi everybody, Just wondering how or if anyone has a problem dealing with depression. I am on an ant-depressant but still really struggle. Being tired all the time doesn't help

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. Ever find that just being around a friend or group of friends just bring you up? I feel very charged when I am involved with others who seem like good energy for my life.
I had been on antidepressants before. I took up a new hobby back then (singing) and kept forgetting to take the pill until finally I figured that if I can't remember to take them, I would just stop altogether. My outlook on these things is that if something else works instead, I think that's the way to go, if you can.
