I have been suffering with vertigo, left side headaches/pressure, fatigue etc. I had a brain ct scan that showed some shadows so i am waiting to see a neurologist and have an mri scan.
I keep getting what I can only describe as like an internal shift inside my head and I feel dizzy for a few seconds and I instantly feel panicky and odd. When the left side of my head feels heavy etc my right arm and leg feel weaker than my left.
I just wish I knew what was going on.

I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

Hopefully you will see the neuro soon. Don't worry until then. I know that is easier said than done, but try real hard not to worry. I hope you are seeing a good neuro. Good luck.
I was given meclizine which doesn't help much. I've tried decongestants that don't do anything. Still looking for relief!
A nice dry sunny day helps :)

The only natural thing I know of to help is ginger. If you go to a chemist or health food shop they will be able to sell you some in different amounts depending on what they have too. Hope this helps.
