Hey everyone :)
Just celebrating, well it's a little inappropriate, but excellent for me. Everything has gone to pieces so they finally need me again, I got locked up for ages, but now I get to come out and post and walk around the house and live it up!
It's great out here. I love the air and the food and just being outside. OMG. Hate to say it but I wish the others would loose the plot more often.
I've missed everyone like crazy and even though I don't know most of you anymore it's really good to be back.
Stay strong and keep up the great work, it's worth it, eventually. I am inspired by all of you for holding on despite the huge degree of pain and the strength it takes just to get by.
Hope I get to stay for a little while this time. Warm rays of sunlight to all. xox

am sorry your system (not sure whst word to use) is in crisis but am glad you're having time outside. Please treat yourself gently till you get settled? And wb to the forum

Yeah I'm a bit skeptical about it too! Will just enjoy it while it lasts, and not make trouble for the others just so they have to let me out :-/
if it's not an innappropriate question can i ask why you get locked up? Why your access to outside is restrcted? Are you sexual alter or protection alter or ....? I'm not multiple but am here because i have a friend i believe is. I've also come to suspect she may not be host despite us having contact daily so i'm especially interested in how things are for alters?
also, i saw your post on dealing with introjects and i'd like to hear more of your thoughts on this

You can ask me anything, but how things are might be a lot different to how they for your friend. I know its common terminolgy, and the easiest way to talk about things, but we get irritated by hosts alters and introjects.
In here we're all just people, and some of us are better at things than others- but we still have our own lives. Kinda like if whenever you were anywhere you were just a 'friend' without any acknowledged capacity to fill any other roles. Just because you're great at being a friend it doesn't mean that's all there is to you.
So why I am usually cooped up inside? Think it's because with the limited time, people don't get out unless there's a really good reason. I'm needed now because I'm kind of strong and carefree and say what I mean. A bit of a loose cannon for everyday life, but when everyone else goes to pieces I can carry on ok.
Dealing with 'introjects'.. hmm. Well, that's a huge topic, prob need a new post! It's hard to know for sure, but I reckon at least in our system these are the people who figured that the abusers were better off than them and decided to copy them so they wouldn't have to keep getting hurt.
There are all sorts of people who might cause a bit of chaos or pain, not just 'introjects'. Don't know if that makes sense and hope it doesn't offend anyone..
