Today I found a piece of paper amongst some old cards. On it I had some notes titled "multiple me's". I listed different traits and characters, someone who is a clown, someone who feels the need to get away, someone who is sort of trance like. And then below that I had names listed.
This was my first list of people I.d Ack owledged or learned about with names I.d given them from when I was first diagnosed like 15 years ago. Names I didn't remember and haven't been using. And one of them was out today, so its kind of really weird.
Too find a piece of yourself lying about that knew your secret 15 years ago but couldn't share it because no one was ready yet.
