Mine get restless, but generally just raise a ruckus in my head, talking, arguing, singing. They don't push me out of the way unless I get into a stressful or threatening situation. I guess I'm lucky that way.
So I think they really only are coming out as needed to keep me safe.which i dont need them to do anymore,they just wont stop.
