Now they are advertising another one.
What show is this???
It sounds like there ought to be a petition started against this BS.
Anyway like hylierandom asked if you could tell us what this show is it would be greatly appreciated. Most importantly it would be good to know you are taking steps to take care of yourselves even if it means doing something you hate such as going to hospital.
Take care and know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
I must have switched back, because I feel completely different. I still feel depressed, but not out of control or suicidal. When I received that letter, it triggered an irrational part. I even called them up and blew up at them, screaming and swearing. I feel really ashamed of my behavior now.
My granddaughters came over last night and I think that caused me to switch back. One is 2 and the other will be 13 next month. The 2 year old wants to get into every thing and the older one is chasing her around. Both of them make me laugh.
I hate when that irrational suicidal part gets triggered and takes control.
You're anger reaction was at an immature level, like a kind of tantrum, but even more dangerous. maybe you can teach that part of you to not be so impulsive.
I thank everyone for their support.
