But thinking about it just now, your system (and mine as well) might be doing better just because you are coming on here. Not even because of the group or people, but because you are making a commitment to yourself and your team every time you are in here. You are acknowledging what you have, who you are, and validating yourself every time you log in. And your team sees that and feels more important and heard.
I have written some posts to people and felt so much love for them,because of the pain and struggles they are going through...and then I thought to myself, I am going through that same thing! And so tried to show myself that same love and concern.
It's powerful...
