Also, maybe you could start a dialogue or journal entry asking who they are, thank them for being there for you, what was their job, what are their likes or dislikes, etc. There usually is a reason parts/insiders will not divulge who they are is it is not safe for them? Remember they are their for a reason and that was to help you get through severe abuse! Be gentle and kind and maybe they will be more willing to start working with you.
