Hey all. I'm very new, so still awkward chatting on here. I feel like I'm an aggressive person, so I'm sorry if I am, I just like to jump into things. Ooops.
I saw some people had worries maybe about names so I wanted to start a thread with everyone's names in your system, so we all can see that sometimes we have weird names too and that's OK.
PLEASE!!!!:
* put the name of the personality
* approximate age or "old", " adolescent", etc
* function of alter: protector, navigator, whatever.
For wveyones benefit and to rweducwe risk of triggers, please don't go into dwetail about what caused your alter to exist. Just use this thread as an introduction to your people.
If that sounds OK with everyone, this will help me meet you all.
" THE DRIVER" : adult that works and yells at the system and tries to stay in control. Also "driver" hasvan older, grumpier version but still called driver instead of something else.
ROCKY: 5 + : skeptic, tough chick, negotiator maybe
SCRITCHY: tiny. Primeval. Wild and feral
LITTLE BIRD: not sure. Tiny person with big eyes and innocence
TIGER: probly 3, pretty much growls and growls and maybe thinks s/he is really a tiger or maybe a stuffy
THE SLAMMER: slams the relational window closed on people. when we find we have been betrayed or are afraid of that, the Slammer cuts the emotional ties
PUSHER: this one is prolly a teen. she likes to try to throw me down the stairs or trip me into traffic, etc
ERASER micro function. Removes last personality if it got too close to something
NERVOUS NELLIE: 4 maybe. doesn't like loud noises, afraid of people and getting hit
DENNY: 8 or so. not much is known about Denny right now
LELA: I wish I could be Lela all the time. She is a goddess, a sexual force of nature and when I am her (not often) women better hide their men cause all the boys notice me in Lela mode!
STORMY: maybe the best of me. 10 maybe. free spirit, light, tomboy, full of life and no worries
DOWNLOADER: maybe a function more than a person...seems to reset the system, or needs a minute so just goes AWOL for a bit
BUBBLES: 5 maybe, silly and likes to just laugh and pull tricks on people
MEXICO: Mexico is dead.

THE ARCHIVIST: she has to push around a lot of memories and every bodies crap. So we gavwe her an official job title and created a groovy image of her work area, and she's been much happier a since.
And some angry teen that I don't remember the name of.
Oh, and CHICAGO. she's a teen and a wise cracker
HOLLYWOOD: she is young but many ages, and has been benched so can't come out anymore. She doid her part for the team and its better for her if she let's others do the work now

FLOPPY: she is little and silly and overwhelable. gets tired a lot and can't stand up so just flops to the floor

Toki. 17. Emotional protector. Hypersexual submissive.
Miss T. 23. An older version of toki. Hypersexual aggressive.
Rael. Age unknown. Physical protector. The first one I was aware of. A heavy metal loving elf. Got me out of the army.
Rage. 17. A sort of humanoid mountain lion person. All emotion, non verbal. Stands gaurd over my little.
My little. Same name as me so I won't reveal that, (sorry), age 3 or 4. Holds the original trauma. Seems to be perpetually terrified.
Monk. (Title, has no name) age 54. Contiplative spiritual side.
Yusuki. Age unknown. Revenger. Killer. Capable of actual extreme violence. Fortunately, she has never been needed.
Bridgette. (Sorry, but even explaining her probably violates several daily strength rules. At the very least, massive trigger inducer).
Angus. The life of the party. Age 30ish.
Ema mother age unknown adopted at least three littles two of which are Pea and Elizabeth (I think there are two Elizabeths)
C. (Full name CeCe) not sure what C. really is she seems to be in the back ground as a watcher and acts in part as a bridge during switches. C. somtimes answers questions like what food we have and where things are and dates we have to remember.makes suggestions sometimes gives orders but always respects each of us and our choices and wishes we follow her orders because we want to not because we have to. We respect C. C. Can be really really "BIG" when she chooses to so her choice to remain in the back ground earns her great respect. She is like a hurricane that chooses to whisper.
Me (Bee formerly called Brown) I front most of the time these days as K. Our "core" is sleeping.. I have been watching lately and I lose days somtimes. C. Says Ema gave me a rest recently when I asked where a,day went.. I woke up refreshed so I guess I was getting tired fronting. Also/or I think Pea wanted to play with a new kitten I found on the side of the road.
Emma different from Ema but not sure how.
Purple all I can say about Purple is she is a leader possibly a "protector" and seems to have very specific triggers purposes and goals. Oh plus she writes about what happened to us somtimes. I remember things she writes about after I read them and somtimes I remember more than she writes so I write too and add my memories to what she writes.
Summer and April best friends and Co-concious with myself and C for some reason C. Is asking very specifically that I stop writing about the 4 of us at this point.
As for ages we honestly have no way of knowing. Additionally each of us seem to function at a wider range than a specific age would accommodate. Example Pea whom I've met twice but have read what she has written on occasion seems to have a vocabulary that far exceeds her emotional age. Also since Summer for example has become friends with April and I she has matured in many ways far more rapidly than time would account for but in other ways has remained stuck and even has regressive periods. So honestly time and age seem to he useful to us only in a most generalized way so I see no real point in trying to track or establish ages. I do have the feeling that whatever age one of us is when they first start waking up won't be of relavance for long.
I only have initials for a few more and no information worth sharing so that's that.

Amber-depressed teenager. Lots of memories , lots of emotion,Can also get very angry. Might be trying to protect us, sometimes so much so her depressive ideas land us in a hospital. She got us a job in a factory once. I could never do that. Kudos to her.

Someone in their really likes sex, haven't met but grateful because honestly I don't like it much
The wise one- gives us advice, a very intelligent adult. Parents the children. Also makes sure we get into the hospital when Amber fronts with the severe depression.
Movie- doesn't wanna say but wanted to make self known

First, there's me Taylor I am in control because this is my body blah blah. Second is Izzy she was formed first, she's a bitch, over sexual, rude, and loud. Next Lloyd she's silly and weird. Likes using weird emojis like >▪< ♡°♡ ^~^ XD XP cx really into anime. And last is Freddie (but everyone calls him Hippie) he loves tie dye has dreads. He is the one to calm everyone down when it's too loud or someone is fighting. And I feel like someone new is coming but I'm not sure yet. I think she's gonna be strong and smart...and very pretty. I'm Still new to this whole DID thing hence why I am here and trying to find psychology books about this.

Veil: Main one. Probably most... Actually I don’t know how to describe myself. Maybe a faker? I laugh around with my friends and make jokes, even if I don’t want to and I smile and pretend to enjoy life. Sort of like a mask. Sarcastic at times.
Chloe (no, this is not my real name): Depressed. Cries under the covers during the night.
Emo: ...Not entirely sure since she’s new but she seems sort of out of place and emotionless? Like she should be happy but can’t be.
Defense: Current status. Missing. But I miss her. She is very sarcastic and mean and defends whenever possible.
Candy: My little. No idea how old she is. Sort of chirpy.
There’s probably one more but I don’t know who she is. I think that she leaves gaps in the memory and I think that she’s the only one who does so. So she doesn’t really have a name.
Oh and Chloe (and Defense if she’s still there)? I know that you’re fueling with anger and regret because I’m posting this. So don’t delete this.
