here is how it has been for me, but it seems to change the more familiar i become with my altrs
it used to be abrupt, complete changes. i would be one thing, then go blank and be another.
a lot of what i can sense on my shifting happens in my head.
my face starts squinching up, i feel a headache, i get dizzy, that kind of thing. not usually all at once, maybe one or the other.
i get A LOT of headaches.
i get dizzy a lot.
but the sure sign for me is the face. i cant control it, my face just pinches together like im about to be sick or hurt myself somehow, and then someone else pushes through
sometimes i will get a tunnel vision thing, or auditory issues. like everything starts going fuzzy and i feel like im about to pass out. it might be hard for me to hear people around me, like in a movie where one person is in focus and everyone else is muted or far away sounding. that is a switching sign for me.
ive never really thought to wonder if the different switch ing symptoms reveal who will be coming out..
have to ponder that
as i get more used to the shifts it is getting easier.
anyway, thats my story, not sure if it helps...
do you live with someone? or is there someone who knows about your condition that can help give feedback and stuff?
sometimes I just feel far away.
If i try not to switch I get a headache, and then end up switching anyway.
