I can imagine how much effort it might be for Brenda to stay quiet if she hasn't been out for such a long time. Are there any places / times she could come out and be boisterous but still be safe? Around young nephews / nieces etc - or other options?
I often get overwhelmingly sad for no known reason,but I am empathic and always think I'm picking up someone else's feelings of something. But I have been noticing lately how often those feelings AREmine, someone OTHER like you are saying. I'm trying to remember to say hi to them and encourage them and make everyone feel safe
But yes I feel exhausted quite a lot, with the irony that I can rarely get a good night's sleep
