hey Katherine
this one made me smile, it's lovely to see a sense of humour come through on this forum. And yah, i know you've taken a step back again, but it would be good if you could say "Hi" from time to time

i'm glad to see you haven't gone. And yeah, i don't doubt that others can't do your job. But you've carried such a burden for so very long, without respite - perhaps katherine or some of your others could be host occasionally, to give you a breather? Sort of like respite care. We all need holdays now and then. Breaks just to be able to relax? Could you co-host with them initially until they become confident, competent? A training period of sorts? And don't forget - i'm not multiple so if this idea is really stupid, or offends - please don't hesitate to say so

Our frightened little one had something he needed to show us.
We tend to feel the feelings prior to getting the memory back.
It would be easier to figure out what's happening to us if we got the memory FIRST...but unfortunately, we get the horrible feelings, and then what happened.
Thank you for sharing your experience, it helps me.
