Things we are thankful because of our DID
- our ability to gain 4 university qualification
- our ability to identify with kids, teens, young adults and older people
- our ability to multi task even tho the body/brain is male
- our ability to go on adventures both physically and in our dreams
- our ability to be ambidextrous
- our ability to have a wide range of interests
- our ability to use the strength of several people in any threatening moment
there are plenty of others but we're tired and cant think of anymore right at this moment.
We have to remember that all of the alters/parts are part of the main person and can do nothing that the core person can't do, even if there are differences. If a part is great at art, then the core is great at art. The only reason the others may not be able to do it is that the others have dissociated from it, blocked it.. and when integration truly happens then the whole person will have that ability. not lose it. It is part of the core person's abilities, or potentials, and only needs to be unblocked instead of solely channeled through one alter.
