I tried to do everything to stop it. I even called my psychiatrist. I've been on the same medications for years so she did not think that was the problem.
I was very anxious during that time. Everything became so confusing. I think it was part of my panic anxiety.

there is obviously a lot of stuff going on inside...maybe could you ask if everyon could take turns sharing or talking? ask everyone to hush and go through your group one at a time by who you know and write down what you think they are saying?
