cos I'm not multiple i have no direct experience of Alters and their names. I've had some multiple friends with Alters that didn't know their own names, Some have been happy to have the same name given by their parents while others wanted to and did choose their own names. Perhaps ask your teen what she might like?
it's lovely to meet you, and welcome to the group. It can be hard as we get older and our future options seem to shrink, but sometimes life can surprise us with good things that come to us out of nowhere. I hope this happens for you soon
