what do we tell the one who says they are so angry they want to self harm?
Also using a rubber band on your wrist or ankle delivers a bit of pain but no cuts or real damage. Unless you have a condition that contra-indicates this. Same with ice or frozen veggies. You can hold them on your arm or leg and it hurts but doesn't do damage.
Obviously, check in with the doctor or therapist to see if this would work for you and be safe.
Also scribbling furiously with bright colors on paper with colored pencils can help.
It's something my therapist wants me to do as well, but we haven't had any luck yet.
that sounds like a sensible idea - to a non multiple anyways
but those of us that aren't multiple most likely never will have any idea of your complexities ...

alsothe nitemares thing is more common with mei don't get to sleep at night, someone else does and when I do i have nitemares and the ones who sleep well are more relaxed and energizedeven with few hours of sleep, my ability to function along with others at work is amazingtho i don't deny I need to sleep in order to function...
