welcome to the group. I can't even begin to imagine how weird it must be for you and others here. But in this group you'll be with people that share many of your experiences, and you'll be able to support each other. No small thing. And ty for mentioning DBT. It has been talked of occasionally in the past, but such things tend to get lost, buried under more recent postings. It's good to be reminded of it from time to time
