I still have a really hard time negotiating who gets to do what and when. I always feel like I'm behind in everything. Maybe you will iron that out early.
There is some hotline and crises info listed herebon DS at the beginning area, if you feel like really freaked and rattled. If its anxiety that you think you can manage its just icky and awful, maybe keep checking on here and talking to people here.

LIFT is a teenager, so yes still developing in many ways, new to the whole DID thing and will have years to work on whatever training they choose to do. All of that comes with age, experiences, and time. Reading and training the mind isn't probably going to comfort LIFT right this moment.
I can only speak for myself here, but I personally have no intention of destroying any of my alters. I am not playing a video game of domination. I am not trying to win.
I think most of us here have been sorely abused and hurt and setting out to destroy our alters is -in my view - an upsetting, violent approach to existence.
