You need to give yourself whatever safety or calming things have helped you in the past, so you can feel safe and believe that you can get yourself through this.
Without knowing your husband I don't know what kind of person he is, but he is going through something as well. He has to deal with betrayal and the feelings and thoughts this situation has brought up in him. He might be completely supportive of you, but its not like he will be unaffected by this situation.
Hopefully one of your alters he is familiar with can talk with him and get a discussion going.
