The way I first came to start questioning whether I had it or not was when working with a sexual abuse therapist. The therapist questioned whether I ever felt like I had other parts to me. I said "yes of course I do I have parts that suit the particular situations I am in" However this was not what she was suggestiing. She asked me to go home and do some homework betwene our two sessions with my left hand to see what came up. This was the first time I actually met my core members. In the end I couldnt deny the evidence.
