i have shared my condition with a few people i thought should know, but they dont really understand how it works so wouldnt know the difference if i integrated or not.
is this alter worrisome to someone close to you?
On the last question we are into our comforting exposure so why doesnt it just intregrate all time accounted for...thoughts feelings memory, this a newly acquired alter on the significant side of things a fragment....Do you avoid the triggers?
