I'm not Multiple so really my opinion on this is to be considered dubious and may not be at all relevant, but this is what I've come to believe .....
First : acknowledge them. You are all individuals, No one deserves to have to hide amongst the shadows unless you choose to
Second : validate them. No matter how disruptive or hurtful or silly or harmful or whatever the behaviours might seem to you, they most likely have very good reasons for behaving that way. Reasons that may have to do with why they came to be in the first place - assuming part of the burden of suffering and helping all of you survive?
Third : look for compromises between you, fairness and equity kinda require it. Try to find ways that all of you can share this life you have?
Fourth : a cliche, but love each other and yourselves. You are all wonderful people and well worth the loving, even if your abusers made you believe otherwise?
I apologise if all this seems a tad pretentious of me, I've been told I have that habit :) But as I mentioned at the beginning, these are things I've come to believe through my friendships with Multiples. Perhaps not always right or appropriate, but sometimes at least?
I reckon other members here will have much better strategies for you, since they'll have faced the same dilemma as yourself
