being internal peace keeper / time manager etc must be very fatiguing on it's own. To also have most of the responsibility for your family home must make it doubly so. I hope you come up with strategies to help yourself cope. Please let us know here if you do, I'm sure many of us would benefit from successful tips

i always feel weird when i talk to myself.
i dont do it often, but it comes out when i have this super cute, fabulous personality out. shes all about "the world is beautiful! all you need is love! we are shining lights!"
i love her view, but when im trying to get ready dor work its torture! her timeframe is similar to trees, picking out a shirt takes an hour, so then im like "PICK A FUCKING SHIRT ALREADY!!!!". which im sure is super weird to outsiders. ...
I do most of the housework because it relaxes me and I am a nestor at heart. I enjoy the management of the flow of a life together...the nuts and bolts involved, etc...working on our diet and grocery budget. She also keeps me grounded in reality.
The main philosophy of our household is love, caring for people, and living life slow and deliberate. The ebb and flow of my illness dictates that. I am also involved with a community based program with a community worker I work with 1 - 3 times a week, I am trying to get more involved in a spiritual base, and I am getting out more in public [we live in such a nice building with a good apartment that sometimes its hard to leave and get out among people].
