Therapy for DID is a very long, difficult journey, so I would urge you to take it slow. It can be very emotionally exhausting which is part of why a therapist can be helpful. If you go too fast, it could possibly be even more painful due to triggers. It is excellent that you have a therapist. I hope s/he is knowledgeable about DID and dissociation or at least willing to learn.
