I have been examining a few memories from my past and have come to the conclusion that many of my abusers were premature ejaculators.Some actually attempted to assault me but failed to completely assault me because of this.Even the ones who succeeded in assaulting me were very "short lived" thankfully.None the less the memories feel like a lifetime passed by while I was being abused.I have read some research that indicates that this is a symptom as well as one of the reasons why rapist do rape. Feelings of inadequacy and all.Not that that is an excuse for them doing what they do.There is no excuse for that.Sorry if this triggers anyone but can anyone else relate?

I don't remember any of the erm..."finishes" but I wouldn't be surprised, at least in my father's case.

As for my rapes, there were many men at once and I was a million miles away in my mind as they took turns so I couldn't tell you if they were premature ejaculators or not.

Yeah Paige as you get further along in recovery more of your memory is revealed you might find out the same.It would play into their hands to be this way being opportunistic and all.

I would also like to say that just because someone suffers from premature ejaculation does not make them a rapist as well.There are many other mitigating factors that determine that.Premature ejaculation is classified in the DSM as a psychosexual dysfunction but many people suffer from these disorders that are not abusers.

No offense to personally or anyone here Wheezie, but my alts can't even utilize this board for support, like Rea and others, because of the nature of topics appearing that could be best supported in the sexual abuse or incest forums already provided for this on DS.

I do not mean this as harsh or anything, I am a survivor of both and isn't that what were supposed to do? We were under that impression. Wouldn't we find more support for this sort of thing there as apposed to here after all?

I always found it strange that I had no memory of my abuser "finishing". For that reason, I always assumed that he wasn't doing it for the sexual pleasure but just to ruin my life (like an experiment). It always felt like he only wanted to ruin my life and wasn't getting anything out of it aside from that.

My memory of my step father raping me was that he had great sexual pleasure. My memory is that his sexual pleasure came from raping a child more than specifically from the intercourse itself. But what Steph says brings back memories of Satanic Ritual Abuse. I'm sure then the sexual pleasure was purely from being evil. Unfortunately Steph you and Paige and others know all too well that there is just so many ways to express evil.

Thinking about my experience with this too, mine honestly didn't last very long either. Although I have a very distinct memory of the end. I still don't know how I could let it happen to me. (It doesn't help that this had just recently come up again either.)

Trust me Hope you didn't let anyone do that to you. Please don't blame yourself for that. If you are anything like me and most other abuse survivors learned helplessness and freezing up do to dissociation plays a major role in rapist getting away abusing people.

Do you know about all the psycho sexual disorders? I myself havn't researched them extensively yet, but i'm sure this topic would fit into the symptoms that they experience.
This did not trigger me, but the time i was rapped, it was over with very quickly that's for sure.
