I also just joined a BIG empty nest group locally and feel fortunate that most of the members have children MY age!!! (nearly 50) So there's a lot of wisdom in that group and it helps to see people who have come out the other side and are so vibrant and happy.
I like pictures. I can draw some and that helps make me feel better. do your littles like to draw? I also like legos. ok. get better! bye
I do enjoy legos and puzzles but like someone here with me when I'm little. Doesn't always work out that way so it's hard.
Just have to try to find some other ways to deal with it.
