Anybody out there willing to share their experience or knowledge about frontline/induction Velcade, Cyclophosphamide and Dexamethasone? My dad will soon begin this treatment plan.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). My husband had six cycles of this regime. He made it through for the most part without too many side affects. The Velcade can cause neuropathy but it did not bother him very much. He had more problems with the Cyclo as it bothered his gut and caused a lot of pain. He did not take the last two pills of that on his last cycle. Each person is different as to how they will react and what side affects they will have.
