Several days ago I started having upper back pain. I don't think I've pulled any muscle or sstrained it in any way. I would rest easier knowing what the cause is. I just had my monthly check up and my numbers are still great and no disease. So I called the doc and will have an xray today. I would rather be sure than take a chance.

Mostly all the pain I've had from my MM has been in my back. I've had many hairline fractures without knowing the exact cause for them. But they all seem to heal on their own. The xray will show what it is.

Well took x-rays and never heard back. Although I did call them and left a message. I guess that means its all clear. I'll be sure to ask on Tuesday. Also, completed the 5K walk for research last week. It was awesome!!

X-rays came back negative. So, I guess it's just part of the package. The funny thing is that it started again yesterday. Oh well, I guess I'll "Keep It Moving"!
