Walking, dietary salt reduction, and maybe an extra qt of water to help flush salts out for a few days.
And some kind of pillow between your knees so you can be comfortable prone.
If it's just edema then it resolves pretty fast but you can't lie around you need to walk a bit more.

I'm drinking 3 to 4 limiters of water a day already trying to keep the neuropathy at bay....any more and I might drown!
A doctor is practicing very good medicine to even remove one anxiety of yours.
I'd pick up soda cans to pay the co-pay even if every one of my little tadpoles that live down has a dent in it's head from chemo.

The last few months saw me become far too aclimated to the couch / recliner. I have gone for long walks on my 'good' days. I will be starting with a personal trainer tomorrow, (with the dr's approval) in order to jump start me on the road back to gettiing in shape. (I always thought round was a shape - LOL) I can't miss the St. Paddy's day road race! But I doubt I'll be anywhere near the head of the pack, but I WILL finish!
I had some pain in that area and alot in my tailbone.
My wife got me a couple of doughnut shaped cushions
and at its worse i had two foam cushions and a doughnut
cushion stacked up to help sitting in chairs. I am 2 years
post SCT and no pain what so ever : ) So there is hope for you : )
