Other than the indignity of having your butt in the air, the sting of the lidocaine, and a brief wierd feeling as some marrow is aspirated the biopsy is a walk in the park, you even get a band aid- but it gives a real picture of what is going on inside.
In your shoes I would be looking into turmeric / curcuminoids as a supplement that can do no harm ( but discuss with your physician and research on your own) .
And I would be getting my health and fitness a little fine tuned so that if you ever have to have treament you are in the shape to tolerate it with relative ease.
