Hope everything is going well : )
Not my best day, but not the worst either. A little ill to my stomach, but working thru it. I'm doing okay, just getting tired of these daily injections and all of these meds. In addition to the other stuff you have to take because of the required meds.....
If you are given anti nausea medications don't wait until you are uncomfortable - take them at the first sign of unease and they will work far better and you will have energy to use elsewhere.
Ginger helps a lot, a coin or two of fresh ginger steeped with your tea or any of the ginger teas in the market will help.
Thanks for the ginger tip. You are right, I have been cutting back and if I can't make it to the office, I just work from home. I can honestly say that I've never felt as bad as before when the whole sour metal lingered for days until the Friday when I started to feel better. I am noticing a little back pain more, but after seeing the specialist, it more muscle tightening and not the Myeloma. I don't have any spine damage, which is good. Potassium was a little low, so I guess its back to the horse pills and the Miralax is starting to work as well.
I'd go with a few bananas daily for some bulk when the GI side effects arrive.
