God Bless You..and Your wrong on this one.
Actualy no. My eyes haven't been itchy, that could be seasonal allergies. Yes, I crave sweets, both on and off antibotics, but I always have!!! It is a known symptom of MRSA to crave sweets more than usual, nothig to do with eign on antibotics however. Did your husband hhave foliculitus too? I've had it for over a month now on my inner thighs. I feel like a horseshoe crab baked i nthe sunshine on a July afternoon at times. I hope your husband is feeling better.
Yes, I do realise that all MRSA can mutate on and in the host over time. Also noted, that HA-MRSA moves at a slower rate of infection, compared to CA-MRSA. CA-MRSA can form and produce a carbuncle within 48 hours tops, and even in less time than that. I know, I saw it occur on my groin. Let's face it, once infected with MRSA, even if you believe that you are cured, trust me, you are never cured. MRSA causes us to become slaves to it, by living a life of a bland diet, avoiding our vices for sugar and coffees etc,,,in my base a good imported ale like Duvel! :) MRSA lies dormant for YEARS people, YEARS after you believe you've been cured..trust me, you are NOT cured, it's dormant and whether it is a week a day or several years fro mmnow, it will return on your skin, in your body, that stye on the eye, that boil on the tongue, that armpit carbuncle etc..it will be back, notto pun the termantor flm, but this bacteria never leaves. Sad but true. A fact.
Now, I have afriend in Florida who had four carbuncles on his buttocks from MRSA last year....over ayear ago now...he has not had carbuncles since then..he was actualy drinkign diluted peroxide drops mixed with sprign water, increasing dosages per day then week..until he had had it...he swore by it but that is avery risky methodology of attempting to cure yourself of MRSA. I would not attempt it. Yet,he has rashes in the summermonths down there...not boils et...but what I consider symptoms of potential CA-MRSA still bein activie. I have another friend who had the dreaded flesh eating bacteria on his hand...around 2005....or 2006..i was caught quickly anderradicated with amonths stay on ivs in a hospital...he wasn't the same for about six months afrer that incident... If it is any consolation folks, at least we don o have the rare flesh eatign variey that kills within 72 hours!!!
