Sorry ... =( I know how you feel. I try to act normal too, but I am also very sad. I even try to ignore it, but it is hard to ignore and pretend like everything is okay , when it is not and sometimes the symptoms are hard to ignore also. I am glad this support group exist. It is nice to talk to someone who understands. When I really think about it, I can't believe that this (Morg.) is my life. It (Morg.) is very strange! If I wasn't living it I'm not sure I would believe it! I have gone through a lot of hard times in my life, but nothing compared to this! This is a bizarre nightmare. How can something this strange be real??? I haven't had symptoms in my hands for months...then just today they came back. I felt something in my finger and it was causing great pain, so I started to squeeze it out and pulled out a black fuzz. When I put it under the microscope it really freaks me out!! I wish that this horrible (strange) disease did not exist! I just want to be a normal 28 yr. old! I try to stay positive, but it is hard. I hope we can all get better soon... =(

Thank you LeeAnn . It is nice to talk to other sufferers . I had a really bad couple days but finally I realized why. I forgot to take allergy meds. I think that's a huge part feeling good. I think it's definitely allergy related. I mean , why us and not others? We are allergic to these bugs . The allergy irritates our skin and scalp and the irritatied skin is optimal living conditions for these bugs. I have some Benadryl spray I sprayed a mist in my hair and massaged it in and took some zytek and I feel good again. Godspeed !

Yep. Practically od'ed on allergy meds and now I feel good.
I took at keast twice the recommended dose of zyrek and spray Benadryl mist every few hours in my hair . I feel almonds normal

Totally can relate. This is a horrific disease, but God is always near, and prayer helps most of the time. When it gets real bad, I just think about God's promises and heaven...no more disease, tears, pain in heaven. We will also have new bodies. And always hope there will be a cure one day.

I'm SO so so sorry to hear this. I just recently found out I have Morgellons. The shock, despair and depression are unbelievable. Just know, you are NOT alone, you DO have others who are suffering with you. Just set aside a time to cry / feel angry (that is ok), just remember to focus on everything that IS good and everything that IS positive. We do NOT have cancer, we are NOT crippled, we WILL find a cure / treatment for this. just remember, AIDS was not a well known thing not too long ago... they are finding treatments for it... my biggest battle is the brain fog... Just eat everything good that God put on this earth. I truly believe that this is something that will pass... We DO need each other here on this support site, though, so we don't drive our families to insanity!

Agreed , what god put on earth is what we should eat. Not man made crap! That defiantly helps.

Thank you everyone for the allergy medicine idea, didn't know about that one, but will certainly be going to the store for zyrtec tomorrow. My dreams about having a normal arm are dashed right now, but must keep trying to treat the disease from every angle, we can not give up.
I have read that keeping a clean digestive system is really important, and have just started the Ivermectin. I have also read that Praziquantel and Flagyl help even more than Iver because this is part protozoan.
Glad I found this group, it's nice to meet everyone. We sure do need to help and support each other.
