Ok. I'm very confused now. My first AF after D&C finally arrived on 04/16. I came with very heavy bleeding and some cramps (sorry if that's TMI). I had originaly thought it had arrived at the beginning of the month but it seems that either it started stoped and came back FULL FORCE or it just started on the 16th. I know the first one tends to be crazy so it didn't freak me out.
But did freak out this morning b/c I did a hpt and it was POSITIVE. Is this normal??? Can I get my period and still show a positive on the hpt? M D&C was 6 weeks ago.
I am sure I did not get preg. after the D&C since my husband and I are being very careful about that. I called my Dr. and I have to go tomorrow for blood work. WHAT'S GOING ON? I was so happy b/c I thought I was finally getting back on track. Has anyone experienced something similar? So frustrating!!!

thats very odd. I was told that I wouldnt start a period if I had hcg left in my system. Definitely get that blood work done. I wish I could be more help..

Thank you JFulks.. I feel a little better now. I even started crying this morning but I think the main reason is because I was reminded of my loss again and how excited we were when we saw that bright blue line. And like I said, I really want to get back on track to start ttc again and this makes me feel like I am not moving on and the constant reminder of the loss drives me crazy. Thanks again.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
