Hello,
We had a miscarriage in July (it was my second out of 3 pregnancies). We are going to start trying again this week, and I am just feeling stressed about it. We have had fertility issues in the past and it has taken us many many months to get pregnant, so trying has completely lost all fun...also I am just so nervous about what is going to happen if I actually get pregnant again. I have no idea how I am going to cope with the first trimester of fear. I just don't even want to think about it, but I know that is impossible.
I don't think waiting any longer is going to help. I feel like I just need to get back on the horse (excuse the overtly sexual connotation), but I am starting to act all crazy and emotional and we haven't even tried yet.
What do other people try to do to distract themselves from thinking about everything?

Hello hun, I'm so sorry for your losses, and I completely understand how you feel and your fears. I've had 3mc's out of 4 pregnancies and am currently 3 days late. My hubs and I haven't been ttc out of my fears, so we decided to have baby free dates, where its all about us and theres no mention of ttc, or pregnancy, the only topic allowed is of our 3 year old son. We found it hard at first, but after a handful of dates we've gotten much better at it and the fear and anxiety actually disapated. Recreating memorable past dates from our first year together was a lot of fun and helpful. I hope you can find what will work with you, and best of luck!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
