I know how you're feeling. I'm trying to relax, too. Normally, when I start to feel tense, or overwhelmed, I stop what I'm doing. Doesn't matter what it is, I just STOP and take a few minutes to myself. If I'm at work, or out somewhere, I go sit in the bathroom for a few minutes. And I take a few breaths and just calm myself down.
Pressuring yourself to make it happen now could make it NOT happen now, so trying to relax and not focusing on it might be your best option. It's hard, and it stinks, but it works. I found that thinking of weird/silly stuff helps a lot. It gets my mind off of it, and makes me laugh a bit, which in turn relaxes me.
I don't know if that helps or not...let us know how it goes!
Anyway, I think that it is natural that you are feeling stressed, however, I think that we all have to have faith that we have gotten pg before, and we can get pg again. The thing I focus on is that I have to make sure that the act of TTC is done out of love and a desire to be intimate with my husband and not to act or make him feel as if he is only a sperm donor.
Good luck!
