This community is dedicated to those who have experienced the traumatizing event of a miscarriage or a stillbirth. So as some may know I have had two miscarriages, the first one Thanksgiving Day 2011 (what a day of thanks for sure) and the second on August 5th. The second one took 6 weeks for me to finally have a normal cycle and have my HGC levels become negative. I am not getting any younger and the longer I wait the less likely I will be able to get pregnant. The second MC killed me depression wise but I am back on track. The fact is I am not sure I want to try again...mostly for fear of a third one. Why do I want to put myself through that mentally? Yet I want a baby more than anything. I know everything I am feeling is normal, but today I am just not feeling ready to try. Could it be the one time in September could = a beautiful positive? way too many fears going on in my head. I guess I needed to vocalize that so I can move on and geer up for next month. :)
I had a good friend who had two miscarriages, and when she was pregnant the third time, she used natural progesterone cream, and now has a beautiful 3 year old daughter.
I obviously can't guarantee it will work, and maybe that's not your problem, but I've read that most often, repeated miscarriages are due to insufficient progesterone. Get a good one, 500 mg per ounce. You might check with your doctor if you feel like you need to.
