I spent my day at home, in sweats, reading the latest in my favorite book series and fielding calls from my mom and my sister (who I think were trying to make sure I was ok but without asking). If it had been nice out I would have gone to the beach or something. Go do something for YOU today. Celebrate your strength at surviving what you've been through. Talk to your baby. I just started doing that. I made a plaque that I hung on the wall between my bedroom and my bathroom and I touch it every day and say hi. I'm not used to it, but it seems "ok" to do it now.
I wish there was something magical I could say to make it all go away for all of us.
Good luck and keep coming here. It helps.

I'm so sorry. That's is such a hard day. Mine was back in January (for the first one. Second one is coming up in a few weeks) and it was so sad. I just tried to make it through the day and then went home and had a BIG glass of wine (possibly several, if we're honest). I hope you made it through OK.
